We are looking for a creative, innovative individual to join our team as a Brokerage intern in the Cleveland location
What you bring
Working towards a degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.
Bonus skills and experience
Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
Experience working within a professional services environment.
Experience with Smartsheets a plus, but not required.
What success looks like
You will conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
You will assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
You will update databases (property, company and contact information).
You will grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.
Pursuant to local law, Colliers is disclosing the following information:
Cleveland, Ohio: Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $15.00/hour to $20.00/hour
