Translate regional marketing strategies into integrated campaign execution plans, incorporating both digital and face-to-face tactics to support defined business objectives.
Partner with Regional Marketing Program Managers (RMPMs) to execute approved marketing programs, ensuring activities are delivered on time, to scope, and within agreed priorities.
Own the execution of digital marketing components, including email campaigns, landing pages, web content, digital events, social media, and supporting digital assets.
Support the planning and delivery of in-person marketing activities, including tradeshows, customer seminars, and other field events, in alignment with campaign plans.
Coordinate the development, review, and release of marketing assets, ensuring compliance with Agilent brand standards, quality controls, and approval processes.
Work cross-functionally with eMarcom, Event Managers, Data Operations, Sales Operations, Channel Partners, global marketing teams, and external vendors to enable effective campaign execution across markets.
Track and analyse campaign performance across digital and event channels, providing structured reporting, insights, and recommendations to support ongoing optimisation.
Contribute performance data and execution updates to regular alignment meetings with RMPMs and global commercial marketing stakeholders.
Support regional marketing operations through strong project coordination, documentation, and budget management, including budget tracking, PO support, accrual awareness, and spend visibility, in close alignment with RMPMs and established processes.
Apply strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders concurrently, maintaining attention to detail and execution discipline in a fast-paced regional environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other-related field required
3 - 5 years of marketing and/or marketing communications experience is required
Experience in managing multiple external partnerships across time zones and working with virtual regional team / colleagues
Cross-discipline Marcom skills with experience in implementing a wide mix of tactics in life science industry is a plus
Fluent English is a must (oral and written)
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Experience with graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience with marketing automation platform (e.g. Eloqua) and digital marketing tools (e.g. ON24, 6Connex) is a plus
Strong project management, organizational skills and good at problem-solving
Team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills
