IT Systems Trainer - Veterinary Practices We're looking for an experienced veterinary practice professional who is passionate about supporting others, improving ways of working, and helping teams get the best from their systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational and systems knowledge who enjoys coaching colleagues, delivering training, and driving consistency across multiple sites. The role is focused on people, processes, and practical support - not technical IT troubleshooting. If you are a confident system user who naturally helps others and enjoys improving practice standards, we'd love to hear from you. As an IT Systems Trainer, you'll support veterinary practices and support teams to use key systems confidently, consistently, and effectively. You'll deliver engaging virtual training, provide guidance on best practice workflows, and support practices through system changes and migrations. You'll work closely with Client Care teams, Clinical teams, and Practice Managers to ensure systems are being used in a way that enhances patient care, client experience, and operational efficiency.
