Act as the first point of contact for the Hub, providing a welcoming service and directing queries to the right people or resources
Manage bookings and coordination for appointments, courses, events, and learning activities
Set up classrooms and learning spaces ready for training sessions
Maintain accurate learner records, reports, and systems (e.g. accounts, JPA updates, exam admin)
Provide admin support for funding applications, learning credits, and learner needs (including SpLD support)
Manage resources, materials, and general Hub admin tasks, including support for exams and events
Requirements
Essential:
Must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team and being an excellent team member with great communication skills.
High standards of accuracy and attention to detail and customer service skills.
Previous administration experience.
Must have a drivers license and vehicle to travel between local sites
Must be flexible to cover local offices, as and when required.
Excellent communication skills, both vernal and written
Desirable:
Knowledge of the military
Experience of using JPA
