Introduction Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with five main operational centers in Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Paris to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products, including Listing Operations, Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member on boarding and Hosted Commercial Markets. The teams operate all Euronext cash and derivatives markets and own the service delivery to clients. This department is organized around 4 main functional departments (Member Access & Clients Services, Markets Operations and surveillance, Issuers Services Operations and Regulatory Reporting) and two transversal teams (Quality & Performance Management and Transformation & Projects). This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Fluency in French, English and Dutch is required. You will be primarily responsible for: Acting as the main point of contact for issuers and their representatives, including agents and legal advisors Analysing and structuring Corporate Actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility Advising issuers on optimal execution frameworks Reviewing and interpreting legal and transaction documentation Coordinating listing processes across multiple asset classes (equities, equity-linked instruments, bonds, ETFs, warrants and structured products) Ensuring seamless interaction with post-trade infrastructures such as Euronext Clearing, Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Euroclear Drafting, validating and publishing official Euronext market notices Ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of Corporate Actions information Providing clear guidance to market participants and supporting stakeholders through presentations and clarifications Maintaining and updating instrument data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency and regulatory compliance Contributing to the reliability of Euronext's instrument referential Supporting process optimisation and harmonisation across markets Actively participating in digitalisation initiatives and high-impact transformation projects Promoting standardisation and scalability of operations Your profile At least 3 years' experience in financial markets, exchanges or post-trade environments Experience in client-facing roles Corporate Actions or Listing experience is a strong advantage Master's degree in Finance, Business or equivalent Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and good knowledge of cash products and instruments Familiarity with the Corporate Actions lifecycle is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic approach Ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels Strong stakeholder management and influence skills Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment High level of autonomy and accountability Collaborative team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English, French and Dutch ; additional European languages are a plus Working with us means You will join a pan-European team operating in a highly regulated environment, playing a critical role in market integrity and operational excellence.
