Where You'll Make a Difference Process supplier invoices for Asia entities within the centralized FSC, ensuring timely and accurate posting in SAP. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, legal and tax requirements, and company accounting policies (e.g., 3-way match). Identify invoice discrepancies, issue exception notices, and proactively follow up to resolve issues. Act as the primary contact for Korean-speaking vendors and stakeholders, handling inquiries and complaints effectively. Build strong working relationships with operations teams and business stakeholders to support business needs. Review payment proposals and supporting documents, and process urgent or ad-hoc payments when required. Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring no outstanding unreconciled items and escalating aged issues promptly. Support internal controls and audit requirements, ensure SOX compliance, and contribute to process improvements. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fluent in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking); strong English reading and writing skills with basic speaking ability. Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience in cross-functional collaboration or participation in projects. High attention to detail with strong accuracy and risk awareness. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. How Would You Stand Out? Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or within a Finance Shared Service Center (FSC). Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
