Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing projects from ideation through final delivery.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, Legal, and Account Management teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals.
Conduct company-specific research to understand marketing campaigns, competitive positioning, and key business themes that inform presentation content and storytelling approach.
Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of Nasdaq's product offerings to tailor programs and communications for diverse client needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in marketing, presentation design, or research, with demonstrated proficiency in creating client-facing materials.
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel; experience with design tools like Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Experience with financial research tools such as PitchBook or DealBook.
Familiarity with capital markets, IPOs, or financial services industries.
Background in marketing research or data visualization.
This position will be located in New York and requires on-site work 5 days per week.
