The ADSO Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and in-depth analyses to proactively detect user experience problems, identify new growth opportunities, and provide business insights.
Independently managed the full lifecycle of search evaluation projects, initial planning and delivery frameworks, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution and actionable analytical insights.
Establish and refine operational standards, evaluation methodologies, and SOPs related to search evaluation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, facilitating effective communication, training, and standardization initiatives to ensure consistency.
Drive efficiency improvements by driving the optimization of operational infrastructure, tools, and processes, ensuring timely delivery.
Efficiently manage ad-hoc tasks and urgent business requests related to search projects, demonstrating adaptability and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Strong analytical capabilities, adept at leveraging data-driven insights to identify issues, influence strategic decisions, and drive effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and to manage cross-functional operational efforts. Project management experience will be preferred.
Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Solid understanding of search engine mechanisms and familiarity with TikTok or similar social media platforms; responsive to user behavior, content ecosystems, and opportunities for user growth.
