o Create and manage orders in alignment with Demand Planning.
o Identify stock risks (out-of-stock/overstock) and take proactive actions.
o Work closely with planning teams to align supply plans with operational needs.
o Monitor service performance by tracking losses and taking preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Master Data:
o Maintain accuracy of master data in relevant systems.
Order & Delivery & Delay Management:
o Monitor order lifecycle including blocked orders, delivery delays and escalations.
o Coordinate urgent shipments with Logistics and Warehouse.
Claims management:
o Support resolution of claim related issues.
o Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of operational issues.
Digitalization & Process Improvement:
o Contribute to automation projects
Support continuous improvement and data visibility initiatives
