Requirements
5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
Experience handling legal matters in privacy laws, or advising on third-party data sharing arrangements
Knowledge of advertising regulations, consumer protection laws, and FTC compliance requirements
Understanding of emerging AI regulations
Strong business judgment with ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice in fast-moving environments
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with cross-functional business teams
Experience advising on e-commerce, retail, or technology-related legal matters
