Director, Product Management - Direct-to-Patient Pharmacy Platform

About the role

We are hiring a Director, Product Management - Direct-to-Patient Pharmacy Platform to own the product strategy and roadmap for Prescryptive's Direct-to-Patient platform. This is a senior individual contributor product leadership role for someone who understands how prescriptions actually move through the U.S. healthcare system - from prescriber initiation to ePrescription routing, benefit verification, adjudication, pharmacy fulfillment, and patient access. This is not a traditional "write user stories and groom the backlog" product role. You will shape platform strategy, translate complex manufacturer and pharmacy requirements into scalable product capabilities, and work across commercial, engineering, pharmacy operations, compliance, and external partner teams. You will report to the SVP of Digital Prescription Services and work regularly with manufacturer partners, pharmacy networks, integration partners, and Prescryptive's executive leadership team. Why This Role Matters Pharmaceutical access is changing quickly. Manufacturers are looking for new ways to connect patients to therapy, reduce friction, improve affordability, and create more direct, data-informed access models. Prescryptive is building the infrastructure to support that shift. In this role, you will help define a platform category - not simply optimize an existing workflow. You will work on a live platform already processing tens of thousands of prescription transactions daily, with direct exposure to senior commercial and manufacturer stakeholders. The right person will have the opportunity to shape how Direct-to-Patient prescription access works across manufacturers, pharmacies, prescribers, and patients.
