Primary function will be supporting outbound with additional responsibilities for QIC support in areas such as outbound supplier shipments along with other QIC functions.
Reviews discrepancies, tracks systemic issues, and validates count/data.
Evaluates quantity discrepancies and addressing quality concerns like damaged products. This involves entering issues into a database and contacting manufacturers for resolution, escalating to management when necessary.
Communicates with suppliers as necessary to provide additional order information.
Continuously monitoring inventory levels, analyzing slow-moving and fast-moving products, and tracking expiration dates.
Conducts regular cycle counts by developing count lists, providing lists and instruction to other staff, and collecting and validating the count data.
Manages the storage and outbound logistics of product returning to suppliers as well as quarantined products.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience, preferred
High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft office
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of AIMS and ECC preferred
PIT certification is required
