As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and getting them back on track. To thrive in this role, you'll bring: Case Management experience in insurance claims, allied health or rehabilitation experience A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
