This is a frontline, client-facing role that involves close collaboration with partner agencies such as the Police, Probation, the Liaison and Diversion team, Prisons, and others. You will deliver a targeted and responsive service to individuals, ranging from harm reduction and brief interventions to structured treatment.
Every recovery journey will be tailored to the individual's unique needs and priorities. Working across various Criminal Justice settings including police custody, courts, and secure estates you will adopt a holistic, "whole person" approach. Support packages will be personalised, flexible, and realistic, addressing all aspects of wellbeing, not just substance use. The aim is to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual.
