Provide incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution as part of a 24x7 support model.
Monitor tenant health and respond to Microsoft 365 service alerts and outages.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
Manage Teams and collaboration services in alignment with governance standards (ownership, guest access, quotas).
Administer email security and compliance via Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and related access controls.
Support legal and compliance activities such as Legal Hold and eDiscovery access provisioning.
Participate in change management, service requests, audits, and operational reporting.
Collaborate with service managers, client stakeholders, and Microsoft support teams.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, changes, and configurations.
What You Bring
5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive .
Experience supporting large user environments (thousands of users) .
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security fundamentals (EOP, MFA).
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Experience working in a managed services or outsourcing environment.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work calmly and effectively during high-impact incidents.
Requirements
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS‑102, MD-102, MS-700 )
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, public sector, finance)
Power BI operational reporting experience
Prior experience acting as a Delegated or Global Administrator
