Administer and coordinate within and outside of Agents (our business partners) Support & Experience - enrollment operations group for Europe & CIS countries to continuously strengthen our retail and digital business through stakeholder management, effective communication.
Lead leaders to support their growth and success of their teams, building trust among team members and stakeholders.
Manage operational resources - time, tools and workloads to optimize staff size through continuous process improvements and/or tool development in collaboration with Technology teams.
Set, enforce and meet performance goals and process standards such as OKR achievement, data quality and budgets of the wider group.
Role Requirements
3+ years' people management experience or 1+ years' experience of leading leaders.
Excellent business English language (spoken and written).
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Strong business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to drive operations, process development, analysis, and improvement.
Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and to work under pressure.
Certification in CAMS, ICA, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, or knowledge of Robotics tools is an advantage.
