For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Revenue Intern role. Work arrangements: Contract: Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for 12 months Working hours: min. 30 hours per week within 9:00-18:00 Hybrid model work (minimum 2 days per week from the office) Your role: In this role, you will primarily support Revenue activities (related to Billing and Credit Control) for the teams located in UK. You will work closely with the Revenue team and may also collaborate with colleagues from finance and practice teams as needed. The work is straightforward but repetitive, and requires attention to detail, reliability and a methodical approach. You will help the team with basic revenue control tasks, day‑to‑day organisation and the preparation of presentations and other materials. You will: Process simple revenue control tasks for the UK office in line with agreed procedures and timelines. Support the revenue team with simple operational and administrative tasks (for example updating trackers, preparing basic summaries or data inputs). Assist with organisational support, such as arranging files, preparing meeting materials and helping to coordinate simple team activities. Help prepare basic presentations or reports for the team using standard templates and guidance. Your skills and experience: Fluent spoken and written English (enabling writing, running reports). Highly competent user of Microsoft Office tools. Prior professional experience would be an advantage, preferably in an international business environment (including experience with Finance tools, such as SAP) Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on quality. Effective communicator, with proficient written and spoken English, able to present confidently to business teams and colleagues. Collaborative mindset, recognising that successful delivery depends on effective teamwork. Good time management skills, with the ability to handle conflicting priorities and work well with tight deadlines. Positive, "can‑do" attitude, able to work effectively with a diverse range of teams, personalities and seniorities across the organisation. Ability to learn new IT systems quickly. Adaptable and comfortable working with different cultures worldwide. Strong problem-solving skills, able to develop practical and creative solutions.
