The role of ER Advisor within the ER Hub is to provide comprehensive specialist HR advice & guidance to managers and colleagues on a wide variety of operational employment related issues, ensuring that the service standards and operational performance targets are met. Job title: Technical Support & Sales Agent with German (m/f/d) Job Description: Supporting line managers remotely, with the management of ER cases - advising, influencing and coaching Provide 2nd line query handling and specialist HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures, ET1 bundle preparation and processing early conciliation where required. Proactively manage case work using the case management system, escalating issues as needed Ensure queries and requests from people are responded to efficiently, accurately and in accordance with the Capita policy and agreed service standards, using the case management tool. Act as the initial point of escalation from the ER Assistants. Managing all occupational health referrals, tracking spend and working with the business on implementing any reasonable workplace adjustments Facilitate a proactive approach to absence management to ensure a smooth return to work Raising awareness of the importance of undertaking maternity, DSE, stress and other risk assessments. Supporting the business in managing mental health issues and creating a healthy work environment Check high risk ER letters before they are issued, including outcome letters. Draft letters when required Ensure all hard and soft copy personnel records are maintained & secure, complying with obligations under the Data Protection Act Location: Sofia , Bulgaria Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
