Full Time | 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Extend) | Adelaide MSS Security is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Adelaide team! Working alongside a supportive national recruitment team, you'll help support recruitment across the Health, Aviation & Defence industry in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and creating a positive candidate experience. You'll assist with sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers and job requisitions, and supporting the wider recruitment team to keep things running smoothly. Support the recruitment team with day-to-day talent acquisition activities Source suitable candidates through job boards, databases, and recruitment platforms Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate phone screenings Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and up-to-date job requisitions and candidate records Ensure recruitment trackers and systems are updated in real time About you We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoys building relationships. This is not a passive inbox-only role we want someone who is proactive, not afraid to pick up the phone, make calls, engage with candidates and hiring managers, and keep recruitment moving at pace.
