The role supports IFRS17 reporting compliance, financial reporting efficiency, and operational readiness through data management, process improvement, system validation, and cross team collaboration. It ensures timely and accurate preparation of configuration, reconciliation, and system related outputs. Oversee data preparation, validation, and alignment for the IFRS17 reporting process-including coordinating with Actuarial, IT, an d Finance teams to ensure accurate agency data, timely ACF configurations, reconciliations, and completion of RHO runs. Coordinate and monitor monthly IFRS batch jobs, perform data quality checks, and support investigation and resolution of issues encountered during L1, L2, and L3 reviews, including raising and managing change requests. Identify manual or redundant reporting steps, maintain an inventory of processes, and contribute to automation initiatives with the aim of reducing delays and shifting efforts toward analysis rather than manual preparation. Compliance Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer.
