Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Domo, or similar reporting tools.
Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, and reporting requirements.
Workday Pro certifications preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of Greenix's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role serves as a strategic partner to Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Information Technology by ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, reporting accuracy, and process improvement across all HR technology platforms.
The HRIS Analyst will leverage data analytics, system expertise, and project management skills to drive operational excellence, support business initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience and support organizational growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit HR data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics to support business and HR decision-making.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and key performance indicators to measure organizational effectiveness.
Provide functional, technical, and reporting support for HRIS users and serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related requests.
Educate and train HRIS users on system functionality, best practices, and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company reporting requirements.
Partner with HR system support teams, consultants, vendors, and IT to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
Configure and maintain HRIS business processes, security roles, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Support Workday releases, testing efforts, system upgrades, and new functionality deployments.
Lead HR technology projects from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, and IT teams to support business initiatives and operational needs.
Manage data governance processes and conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and consistency.
Support acquisitions, organizational changes, and system implementations.
Research and resolve HRIS issues, process gaps, and system defects while recommending sustainable solutions.
Recommend and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and innovative solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and system procedures.
Participate in vendor management activities and support issue resolution with third-party providers.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding employee, payroll, and company information.
Assist with annual HR initiatives including performance management, compensation planning, recruiting, benefits administration, and other special projects as assigned.
