As a Sales Support Coordinator aligned with Wealth Management, you will play a central role in supporting sales teams by driving advisor engagement through strategic scheduling and territory coordination. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Force Members and territory teams to execute outreach strategies, manage meeting logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders. You will serve as a key point of contact for territory operations, managing calendars, communications, and reporting, while helping optimize productivity and engagement across multiple territories. San Antonio Base Salary Range: $52,215-$83,544 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
