JOB OVERVIEW:
Blue Diamond Growers is a grower-owned cooperative made up of approximately 3,000 growers and is one of the world's leading almond processors and marketers, with $1.7B in annual revenue and products sold across the U.S. and in markets around the world. With a strong manufacturing footprint and deep agricultural roots, BDG is focused on delivering high-quality almond products through operational excellence, innovation, and partnership.
Reporting to the Chief Global Supply Officer, the role owns the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process (Demand, Almond Supply, Supply, Integrated Reconciliation), ensuring the company's most critical cross-functional planning processes deliver measurable financial and operational results. The role acts as the partner for enterprise alignment - connecting strategy, demand, supply, inventory, and execution. IBP is positioned as the main management system of the business, enabling clear trade-offs, disciplined decision-making, and predictable value delivery.
As a strategic business partner, the Director of IBP connects executive priorities with operational execution, ensuring the company can effectively balance growth, profitability, customer service, and supply chain performance. The role oversees the monthly IBP/S&OP process, develops scenario planning capabilities, and drives continuous improvement through analytics, technology, and process discipline.
