- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in Missouri and/or Kansas
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Maintain licensures and certifications throughout employment.
- Passion for value-based care and team-based practice
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
