Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and IT to understand workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs grounded in Salesforce best practices. Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and workflow inefficiencies and recommending automation and system enhancements. Salesforce Configuration & Engineering Support Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, relationships, flows, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards), ensuring strong security, data quality, and access controls. Monitor platform health and integrations to troubleshoot automation failures, data issues, and user‑reported defects. Maintain and update technical and support documentation. QA, UAT, Release Readiness & Enablement Lead QA and UAT planning and execution for Salesforce enhancements, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to validate solutions, manage defect triage and resolution, and obtain business sign‑off prior to production releases. Develop and maintain UAT artifacts, training materials, release notes, and end‑user documentation. Serve as a point of contact for post‑deployment support and troubleshooting, ensuring rapid issue resolution, feature adoption, system stabilization, and ongoing data integrity.
