As a III/ Senior E&C Project Manager-Project Development, you'll lead moderate-to-large-scale initiatives where technical complexity meets strategic impact. Your expertise in PLC/Stage-Gate processes and facility construction/operations in the oil and gas industry will be the foundation for delivering solutions that optimize performance and profitability across the entire lifecycle. Responsibilities/Expectations: Owns development of project scope, schedule, and cost estimates for gathering and processing projects, advancing opportunities from concept through initial funding approval. Partners closely with Commercial teams and leads customer-facing planning discussions to ensure project development aligns with market needs and contractual objectives. Ensures all projects support corporate strategic priorities, evaluates economic viability, and develops solutions that optimize system reliability, capacity, and long-term profitability. Builds strong, trust-based relationships to enable seamless collaboration across key stakeholders, including Commercial, FP&A, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. Proactively identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies; demonstrates sound judgment in resolving technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges in a timely manner. Contributes to volume forecasting efforts and prepares capital estimates to support business case development and prioritization of new opportunities. Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum ten (10 years' experience in oil and gas engineering/project management Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements: Must be willing to travel up to 50% Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills #LI-KM2 About Pittsburgh Pittsburgh is a city full of adventure.
