Build relationships with customer engineering, development and operations teams by aligning their technical requirements and use cases with the functional capabilities of Red Hat's solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from Red Hat's solutions, Product Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and Sales teams to meet the needs of the most demanding customers.
Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape customer use cases and architecture design decisions.
Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments.
Design, create, and deliver content that enables the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support Red Hat's cloud solutions at scale.
Serve as a customer advocate within Red Hat to deliver the right solutions and to ensure that those solutions are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
Must have one (1) year of experience contributing to Opensource projects, resolving existing bugs and adding new features, and helping other users on community channels.

The salary range for this position is $157,248 - $195,680 /year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
