Bachelors degree in business, health administration or contract management and systems required - Masters degree preferred
Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certification Required - or able to receive within 6-12 months of hire Required
Combination of 5+ years of experience within Healthcare revenue cycle, Epic experience (Epic Resolute HB specifically) and demonstrated strong analytical skills with knowledge of patient accounting, third party contracting and/or contract modeling systems or healthcare reimbursement required

Operational leadership accountable for ensuring the success of the development, implementation and maintenance of the Epic System's Reimbursement Contracts. Assist in the analysis and build of insurance contracts in order to develop information for the Epic System that appropriately coincides with proper billing, coding and collection processes.
