Overview of the Role The Bilingual Grocery Merchandiser will properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (I-9) upon hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. No visa sponsorship is available for this position. Employees must maintain valid work authorization throughout their employment with the company. Location: Stone Mountain, GA (within a 25 mile radius) This position is Full time 40 / hours a week, 5 days a week Compensation: $18 hourly Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts. Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low. This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for reporting, photo uploads, task completion, and communication. This position requires you to switch between tasks such as stocking, reporting, and communicating with store teams throughout the day You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time. This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills.
