Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Fluent in English; Vietnamese language capability is a strong advantage.
8-15 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership roles.
Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and building high-performance sales teams.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution and results.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments and large-scale customer engagements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in driving change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
