Responsibilities

  • Contribute across the full SDLC: discovery, fit-gap, design, build, test, and deploy
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to out-of-the-box (OOTB) principles

  • Understanding of telco product models, CPQ, and order management
  • Commerce Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including storefront development and integrations
  • Core Salesforce & Integration
  • Strong foundation in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Integration experience using APIs (MuleSoft preferred)

Requirements

  • Experience working in a consulting or systems integrator (SI) environment
  • Strong delivery mindset across complex transformation programs
  • Ability to work within onshore/offshore delivery models
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
