Responsibilities
- Contribute across the full SDLC: discovery, fit-gap, design, build, test, and deploy
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to out-of-the-box (OOTB) principles
- Work within cross-functional teams (engineering, business analysis, architecture, and integration)
- Support fit-gap workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Build integrations with external platforms (e.g. billing, order management, payments, digital channels)

- Understanding of telco product models, CPQ, and order management
- Commerce Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including storefront development and integrations
- Core Salesforce & Integration
- Strong foundation in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Integration experience using APIs (MuleSoft preferred)
Requirements
- Experience working in a consulting or systems integrator (SI) environment
- Strong delivery mindset across complex transformation programs
- Ability to work within onshore/offshore delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
