Analysing and solving customer's queries
Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
Making changes to the system
Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
Offer relevant add-ons and upgraded options that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.
Skills you need to succeed:
German and Italian at min. C1 level
Customer oriented attitude
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to work in shifts (8:00-24:00, Monday-Sunday), 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
