We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Expert to join our People Analytics & Tools team and play a key role in structuring, optimizing, and scaling our compensation and benefits programs. You will report directly to the Head of HR Operations and work closely with People, Finance, and business leadership teams in a true cross-functional business partner role. You will be a go-to expert on all compensation matters, combining strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for HRBPs, managers, and senior leadership. In practice, you will be: -Embedded in the business: working closely and regularly with HRBPs, N+1 and N+2 managers, you'll be their go-to trusted advisor on all compensation matters, from everyday decisions to the most sensitive trade-offs -The architect of our compensation framework: from benchmarking to merit cycles, you'll build the tools and processes that make compensation decisions faster, more consistent, and better informed -A strategic partner to the People team: you'll contribute to making Pennylane a place where people feel fairly recognized and rewarded, and you'll be one of the key people holding that standard
