The Director of Talent Operations serves as the lead architect of Amplify's hiring infrastructure and the programmatic engine behind our New Hire Journey. You build and maintain the complex backend ecosystem of vendor partnerships, technical automations, and operational workflows that allow our recruiters to move at light speed. As the leader of a multidisciplinary behind-the-scenes team, you ensure the hiring engine is scalable, data is beyond reproach, and onboarding runs smoothly.
