What makes this role great: In this role, you will act as a consultant and project lead. You won't just manage accounts; you will shape the marketing by developing or elevating creative concepts and digital strategies from brand awareness to global, data-driven demand generation. Key Exciting Responsibilities Build strategic partnership: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our internal clients, acting as an extension of their marketing communication teams to align marketing goals with organizational growth. Coordinate or lead content creation: Support, manage or guide development of high-impact, multi-channel content that elevates brand messaging and pushes creative boundaries. Project management: Drive project success from concept to launch, overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources Analyze and optimize: Use data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics to refine digital strategies, maximize ROI, and enhance engagement. Essential Skills & Experience Marketing experience: You bring a Bach e lor's degree in a related field or 7+ years of experience in a similar level marketing position. Exceptional communication skills: 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications with a proven skill for crafting, executing, and analyzing multi-channel digital campaigns Project leadership: Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines while managing complex projects and budgets. Stakeholder Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Bonus Points For: Experience in visual communications, interactive multimedia, or technical marketing. Previous experience navigating a large, complex corporate environment.
