The team manages customer interactions from booking through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as an ambassador for Irish Brand Homes, delivering exceptional customer service across all channels. You will support customers from initial enquiry through to post-visit engagement, ensuring a seamless, digital-first experience while supporting ticketing operations and internal coordination.
