Workday & Comp Technology Leader

About the role

We're looking for a Workday & Comp Technology Leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our Workday and Compensation technology portfolio. The People Technology team partners with engineering teams to build and run the tools and platforms that shape how Apple supports its team members worldwide. We're at a pivotal moment - modernizing our Workday ecosystem, and reimagining what an AI-first People experience looks like at Apple scale. This role is central to that transformation. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, process, and AI. You'll lead a talented team of product leads, partnering deeply across the People team, business stakeholders, and engineering to deliver solutions. You'll bring operational rigor to how we work - building repeatable, high-quality delivery processes that allow the team to move with both speed and precision. You'll balance near-term execution with long-term vision, establishing a roadmap that evolves with the needs of our People team and the broader business.
