What You'll Do as a Talent Acquisition Enablement & Programs Manager In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Own and manage the recruitment CRM, partnering with Employer Brand to embed its use across TA workflows and drive proactive talent pooling strategies. Support recruitment teams in activating talent pools through targeted engagement campaigns, using data and workforce insights to improve reach and effectiveness. Lead the design of structured assessment frameworks aligned to job families and competencies, enhancing hiring quality, consistency, and reducing bias. Partner with Talent Assessment teams and vendors to develop robust approaches for senior hiring and internal promotions, ensuring seamless integration into hiring workflows. Drive adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools and provide training and guidance to TA Specialists and hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing, and best practices. Develop and maintain the Talent Acquisition playbook and lead hiring programmes (e.g. internal mobility, referrals, employee advocacy) to enable scalable and consistent recruitment practices.
