Client Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact to l ead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers . Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria
Workflow Configuration: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, operational processes, and business objectives . Work with clients to digitize complex, paper-based processes into custom forms (like Time & Materials and Daily Construction Reports)
Configure the Rhumbix platform to align with customer requirements and best practices
Training & Enablement: Deliver targeted training sessions for office admin teams and field users on how to use Rhumbix mobile apps for Timekeeping and Labor Productivity
Data Integration Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to map out customized CSV or ERP payroll exports so data flows flawlessly into systems like Sage and other ERPs
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives on pre-sales demonstration calls to address specific technical needs and relay client feedback to product developers
Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Customer Success, or Solutions Consulting
Experience working with construction technology, field operations, workforce management, or SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of construction workflows, labor tracking, payroll, or project operations
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
