About the role
Join our global Business Development & Marketing team, responsible for driving strategic client initiatives and revenue growth, with a particular focus on supporting our Capital Markets practice. Collaborating with lawyers and senior business stakeholders worldwide, our team leads pitches, client targeting, directories, campaigns and key cross-firm projects. You will be responsible for Shaping and coordinating business development plans with global stakeholders. Leading the preparation of complex client-facing and pitch materials. Managing end-to-end legal directory and award submissions. Overseeing BD pipelines, trackers and content across internal and external channels. Driving adoption and effective use of BD tools, including Salesforce. Analysing BD activity, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
