Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply and higly preferred.
- 1-2 years working experiences with strong accounting double entry background
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with US GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data.
- Membership or active pursuit of certifications such as CPA, ACCA, MICPA, or MIA.
- Experience with automation tools like Power BI, Python, Power Automate, or SQL scripting.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity and dynamic environments while maintaining focus on results.
