We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Accounting Analyst . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : WIP Accounting Create and maintain AFEs, including budget monitoring, charge tracking, inactivity management, and completion Accrue Value of Work Done Close out AFE balances to expense Capitalize AFEs Fixed Assets Manage asset creation and related maintenance processes Analyze and calculate DD&A Panel Unit of Production rates and perform monthly depreciation runs Conduct asset verification exercises Review Asset Retirement Obligations Execute Fixed Assets SOX Controls Accounts Reconciliation Reconcile asset-related accounts. Perform Trace & Escalation procedures for reconciling items. General Administrative Tasks Maintain updated process documentation. Fulfill roles and responsibilities for assigned coordination roles. Attend and actively participate in meetings. Engage in professional development activities (e.g., training, reading professional materials, attending seminars, self-study courses, interacting with industry counterparts). Participate in special projects. Provide assistance and engage in discussions with colleagues or direct reports. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy Effective oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities Skilled in customer engagement Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP and/ or JDE
  • Exposure to Project Accounting, General Accounting, and Accrual Accounting (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) processes
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional work schedules, including weekends and holidays
