The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan's computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks. Duties/Responsibilities: Complete daily corrections emails received from b ranches and H ome O ffice . Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them . Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System ( TLOS ). Manage fraud prevention service's exceptions . Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks. Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing . Upl oad mail-loan check images . Correct errors with in mail-related loan s . Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS) . Perform all other duties as assigned. R equired Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information . Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to changing processes, technologies, and industry trends. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED . Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook , etc. ) . Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred Physical Requirements: Stand, walk , and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day . Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically. Lift and maneuver up to 2 0 lbs.
