Responsibilities

- What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, preferably in a consumer tech, fintech, or high-growth startup environment
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid media budgets ($50M-$100M+ preferred)
- Deep expertise across major paid acquisition platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, incrementality testing, and performance modeling
- Track record of scaling growth while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
