Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or project management
- Strong understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics
- Track record of delivering complex projects requiring strong project management skills, ability to work across multiple teams, attention to detail, and accountability
- Passion for gaming, cultural trends, and experiences/events
- Proficient in influencing multiple stakeholders and building excellent working relationships
- Able to travel, including international travel, and work long hours and weekends as needed
- Strong analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Track record of managing high pressure situations and exuding confidence
- Results oriented, collaborative problem-solver, and self-motivated
- Well organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
