Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- 3+ years of professional experience working in construction project management, construction engineering, or facility design.
- PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of leadership experience, either leading people or multi-disciplinary complex projects.
- Ability to perform and manage technically complex projects using independent judgement and personal initiative.
- Experience reading, understanding, and creating blueprints, technical manuals, and reports.
- Experience with facility design software and tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in environments with extreme odors, fumes, and noise.
- COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Pay Range:
- Level 1: $135,000 - $190,000
