Talent Acquisition Specialist - Eastern Europe & Mediterranean We are looking for a new team member to join our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region. This person will focus primarily on recruitment for our frontline operations in Hungary, Croatia, and Serbia. Depending on business need, they may also support other countries within EEM. The position can be based in Budapest and requires flexibility for occasional business travel within the region. What you can expect: - Managing recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue-collar, specialist, managerial and director-level) - Handling the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies - Supporting and developing employer branding initiatives within the region - Working closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience - Building talent pools for business-critical positions - Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging for candidates - Utilizing external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to identify and attract top talent - Collaborating with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs, and promoting KONE among young talents - Participating in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes Your ideal qualifications: - Experience in independently managing recruitment processes across various organizational levels (both white and blue-collar roles) - Strong command of Hungarian and English , both written and spoken - Croatian language skills are considered an advantage - Experience in the technical industry - Good analytical and decision-making skills - Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms - A proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset is essential - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset
