Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling, calendars, room bookings, and logistics for Grader University sessions, onboarding, workshops, candidate trials, and related learning activities
  • Support the administration of Grader University, helping ensure sessions are organized, documented, and executed smoothly
  • Support grader learning initiatives more broadly across PSA, including administrative and coordination support for AG training programs
  • Help coordinate onboarding for new grading team members by preparing materials, organizing training schedules, and supporting the trainee experience

  • Create, draft, write, update, and maintain SOPs, training guides, reference documents, onboarding materials, and other program documentation
  • Partner with the PSA Grader Learning & Development Manager, instructors, and grading leadership to ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned with business needs
  • Support candidate vetting processes and assist the Talent Acquisition team with trial session coordination, including scheduling and administering baseline tests as needed
  • Gather feedback from trainees, instructors, and leadership to identify opportunities to improve training, learning materials, documentation, and program consistency
  • Contribute input on how the team teaches, how materials are structured, and how standards are reinforced and communicated throughout training
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Grading leadership, and Operations to support training, candidate evaluation, and broader learning initiatives

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of educational, learning or training administration experience
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and are capable of creating clear, polished, and user-friendly documentation
  • Comfortable drafting, writing, and updating SOPs, guides, and training materials for review and approval
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have an interest in training, education, learning programs, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and work effectively with trainers, managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable contributing ideas on training methods, materials, standards, and process improvements
  • Can handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with trading cards, grading, authentication, or the collectibles hobby is preferred

We're looking for a Grader Program Administrator who will support Grader University, PSA's educational and training program for vetting and training new grading candidates as well as existing graders. This role will also support grader learning more broadly, including AG training and related administrative support. This position is crucial in helping ensure training operations run smoothly, documentation is current and standardized, and learning materials and processes continue to evolve in support of PSA's grading standards. You'll report to the PSA Authentication & Grader Learning Manager and work from our Santa Ana office. Some occasional travel domestically and internationally may be required. Onsite Requirement: This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
