The primary role of the F&B Supervisor at The Charleston Place Pool is to supervise restaurant staff while providing efficient, friendly, and excellent customer servic e . Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Forbes Standards for guest interactions. Following up with guest complaints and issues Coach and train staff while acting as a role model Maintain cleanliness of work area Monitor food usage during shift to ensure proper food presentation throughout food service times. Assist with scheduling and planning monthly staff meetings and encouraging a sense of teamwork and respect between all lounge associates. Maintain stock at appropriate levels and complete all side work. Attend to and anticipate guests' needs. Required Skills/Abilities: Previous supervisory experience Associate degree ServSafe TIPS Certification Weekend and holiday availability with occasional overtime. Multitasking with the ability to prioritize Punctuality & Efficiency Communication Customer Service in a luxury environment Teamwork & Leadership Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a colleague to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Must be able to lift equipment, supplies, etc. of at least 30 pounds ; push and pull equipment, supplies, etc., at least 75 pounds . Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure. Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
