THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a AVIATION RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D2934000 and is part of the 109TH AW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Military Grades: ENLISTED GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Compiling reports, letters, memoranda, etc., and required person-to-person contacts to convey information. Progressively responsible experience which demonstrates the ability to provide technical guidance and assistance in the type of work or in comparable work of the position to be filled. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have one year specialized experience, education or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Applicants must have experience providing technical guidance and assistance in the type of work or in comparable work of the position to be filled. Applicants must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and practices of management. Must have experience developing administrative procedures. Must have experience serving as a management analyst with responsibility to advise and correct all operational and administrative aspects of the Aviation Resource Management System. Must have experience maintaining, controling, and assigning security levels to users to ensure security of the database. Must have experience developing and implementing unique applications programs using base-level computers to meet the specific needs of the unit.
